Almost every agent I speak with says
that they are very busy these
days. I love hearing that and seeing
that reflected in the bookings
reported to our agent incentive

Just remember where we were 3 or
even 2 years ago. I hope you can
appreciate having to work 10- or
12-hour days now with clients able
to travel again.

Even if you are crazy busy swamped,
make sure to take time to do some of
the things you enjoy.
I had a chance to get away to Palm
Springs for a little R&R. One of my
favourite hikes is Murray Canyon,
only minutes away from downtown Palm
Springs.

On our week long El Cid FAM in
Mazatlan, it is always our goal that
agents come back as experts in
Mazatlan as well as El Cid Resorts.

A trip to Deer Island is a must
while in Mazatlan. We start by
boarding the catamaran at the El Cid
Marina Beach property and taking a
tour down the coast, seeing all of
Mazatlan from the water. Then we
have a fun day on Deer Island,
either doing some of the fun
activities (kayaking, banana boats,
snorkeling) or just relaxing on the
beach..

And yes, there is amazing cliff
diving in Mazatlan.

|
In El Quelite, we enjoyed a great
lunch and got to explore the
beautiful little village to see how
the local people live and enjoy
their lives.
