Hola Amigos!!!
I just got back after spending a week in Mexico, and
what a fantastic week it was!!! Officially, I was
there for business (sales meetings & site
inspections), but unofficially I did manage to get a
tiny bit of R&R and some beach time too (shhhh,
don't tell anyone).
The weather was great and the beaches were
fantastic, but what I think really sets Mexico apart
is the VALUE. Honestly, there really is no other
place that offers SO much for SO little. Mexico is a
place you can go to totally pamper yourself, but not
break the bank. The key words here are Quality and
Value. It's no that wonder Canadians love Mexico so
much.
And speaking of love, here is a video letting you

agent!!!

EVERYBODY Wants to go to Real Resorts!!!
You may remember in last month's newsletter there
was a
video of Dixie sleeping inside my suitcase. It
was so cute. Well, I received an email from Tammy at
Lakeview Travel in Ontario...

Hope all is well with you. I just had to send you
this pic of my baby Chloe. Apparently she and Dixie
both love the suitcases :) This is what I found when
I was packing for my last trip to the Gran Porto
Real. LOL

isn't that cute???". I love Chloe. I laughed
so hard when I saw it. Thanks Tammy!!!

Family Suites
at Real Resorts
So what do you do when you have clients with 3
children? Most resorts have a maximum of 4 people in a
room so you have to book them into 2 rooms and request
adjoining. Booking 2 rooms can be expensive and of
course there is never any guarantee that they will get
adjoining. What a pain.
Now you don't have to worry about all that because you
can book them into one of Real Resorts' new
FAMILY JUNIOR SUITES
at the Gran Porto Real in Playa del Carmen or the Gran
Caribe Real in Cancun. These suite categories have a
maximum occupancy of 5 people (2 adults and 3 children

How long have you been working at Real Resorts?
I started working with Real Resorts in 2000.
Have you always worked in the Wedding Department?
No, I started working as a Wedding Specialist almost 3
years ago. Before that I was the Chief Concierge at
THE ROYAL in Cancun.
Why did you decide to start looking after weddings?
I thought it would be a fun to work with couples to
make their dream wedding become a reality and see them
so happy.
What is your favorite part about your job?
Some times couples will come to see me maybe the next
day to thank me and tell me that I made the best day
of their life. That is very rewarding for me to know
that I helped make their perfect dream wedding come
true.
Are you busy in the Wedding Departme nt?
Yes, very much so. In May we had 108 weddings at THE
ROYAL in Playa del Carmen and the Gran Porto Real.
Destination Weddings are very popular.
Is there anything you would like to say to the Travel
Agents?
I would like the Travel Agents to know that we will do
our very best to make the best day for their clients.
That is why we are here. The important thing is to
make the clients happy and we will do everything we
can to make that happen.
