recently received an email from Linda May-Dinsmore,
CTC from TPI and she kindly agreed to let me share it here.
Quick story to share - had some clients call me who had
been looking on expedia to go to the Gran Porto Real in Nov
(so I must admit I didn't really have to sell them on the
resort).
But they did ask me about the different room types and did
I know what they were. Well, I just grabbed my new fact sheet
from our TPI dinner (although, have to admit again that it
was still sitting the bag - but at least I knew where it was
!) and spouted off about the location of the rooms, the
square footage and other general things.
There was a bit of a pause on the other end of the line
and then they said, wow - how were you able to give us all
that detailed information so quickly ? So of course I said,
well that's why you book with a professional travel agent
instead of the internet. They laughed but after they got off
the phone, called their friends and they booked with me too !
So thank you to the Real Resorts for creating those sheets
and making me look good. (and they are flying with Westjet
Vacs because they are the best too !)

El Cid's Baby Turtle Release

Hotel Marina El Cic Spa & Beach Resort relased baby turtles
for a second time this year. This time El Cid's youngest
guests were part of this incredible once-in-a-lifetime
opportunity.

such as the marine turtles, the crocodiles, the crabs and

The young volunteers received a special certificate from the
