Proud to Represent...

Dear Dave,
Once a
year our church has a "Pet Blessing" service and every
year we are always out of town and miss it (one of the
downsides of being on the road a lot). Well, this year was
the first time we were actually here in BC and could
attend the special service.

I think
I've mentioned before, Dixie is a great little dog, she
loves all people and babies but when it comes to other
dogs she can be a little....um... on the aggresive side.
OK, a lot on the aggresive side. We all have our issues!
:)
At church
we sat strategically
away from everyone else so that maybe Dixie wouldn't
notice the other dogs & cats and maybe, just maybe we
wouldn't have any unfortunate incidents. The plan worked
pretty well and Dixie was a little sweetie, even giving
the Minister kisses after her blessing. Everything was
going great until...

Yes,
everything was going well until Dixie spotted Bradshaw, a
service dog belonging to a visually impaired member of our
congregation. Oh Dixie. Bad Dog!!! Not the right time and
definately not the right place!!!
I had a
good grip on Dixie so no harm was done to poor sweet
Bradshaw. And Bradshaw is looking at her like what's your
problem??? It did make me laugh...she's always good for a
chuckle. What can I say, Dixie has issues. Pray for her!
