Happy October. How is everything going with
you?
I just got back from a week in Cancun &
Riviera Maya...
You gotta love this industry we work in; how
many other jobs is this considered
"working"!!! Hey, someone has to check out the
quality of the girlie drinks and the
beach-cabanas, right?? :)
It was a great trip and we totally lucked out
with the weather (never know this time of
year) and we basically had no rain and lots of
sunshine. The only bad thing is that it ended
too soon...now it's back to reality.

Nyiera, the Kenya-based President of Acacia
Holidays, will be here next week and I am
setting up appointments. This is a really
great opportunity to hear from an expert on

Ho'ola Spa Now Open at Honua Kai
Here's the news we've been
waiting to hear....Ho'ola Spa is now open for business.
Operated by Rainforest Spas, a Hawaii-based spa company,
Ho'ola Spa is one of two on the islands (first being at the
Sheraton Kauai). Our spa features indoor and outdoor
treatment rooms, a couples treatment room, and outdoor
cabanas. We are also proud to feature Hawaii's first
Himalayan Salt room, a steam room with a wall composed of a
salt block combined with color therapy. The salt in the air
is invigorating and offers adjunct support in relieving
respiratory and skin conditions.
I don't know
about you, but I can't wait to try out the new spa,
especially that Himalayan Salt Room!!!

Real Resorts/WestJet FAM
I had a fabulous time hosting 24 amazing agents on the Real
Resorts/WestJet FAM trip for Western Canada Travel Agents
last week!
So you know how on every FAM there is usually one person
that annoys everyone because he/she is consistently late for
site inspections and keeps the group waiting all the time?
Well, for this month's photo contest please take a look at
the above pic and make your selection on who you think that
annoying person was on the FAM.
Just kidding!!! LOL. On this FAM we did not have that
person; everyone was always on time and it was truly a
wonderful and professional group. :)

The first 2 nights of the FAM we stayed at THE ROYAL Playa
del Carmen and everyone seemed surprised when I told them
that we were all staying in the "Royal Junior Suite"
category which is the lead-in suite category at THE ROYAL.
They couldn't believe they were lead-in!! The rooms are huge
and there were so many amenities such as the 2 person
jacuzzi, the magic box, Bose sound system, 24-hour room
service, and the list goes on. There are no bad suites at
THE ROYALS.
The one comment I heard the most from the agents was about
the outstanding service at the resorts. Everyone was so
helpful and polite and willing to go out of their way for
the guests. It really is one of the things that sets Real
Resorts apart from the competition.
BTW, don't forget to sign up for the RRMembers Commission
