The famous Ocotillo Lodge (once owned by Gene Autry), home of the stars, has an incredible history of famous guests with their own bungalows and suites! Re-live the days of old Hollywood and see where the Rat Pack hung out. Lucille Ball stayed in a bungalow at the Ocotillo frequently (article from a 7/19/10 Desert Sun article).

Work out in the fitness room overlooking the enormous Champagne cork shaped pool. The Ocotillo is only minutes from restaurants, casinos, golf courses, and downtown Palm Springs. Just off the pool is a cabana with an outside patio bar & grilling facilities. The Ocotillo also features a full gymnasium & recreation room with pool tables, game/card tables & shuffle board.

Our condo is fully equipped with one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining room with patio area. The condo on the second floor and just steps away from your vehicle and the pool. (There is no elevator.)

RATES:

January - March - $1695 USD/month (28 nights); $495/week; $95 additional nights; $350 deposit required

December & April - $1495 USD/month (28 nights); $495/week; $85 additional nights; $300 deposit required

May - November - $995 USD/month (28 nights); $350/week; $75 additional nights; $300 deposit required

PAYMENT: Personal check, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard through Paypal +3% surcharge

CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee of $75 USD is added to all rentals. Extra days of cleaning can be arranged directly with our rental manager in destination for $75 per time.

HOTEL TAX: In addition, there is the hotel tax, which is 11.5% of the rental rate and cleaning fee for stays of 28 nights or less.

DEPOSIT: A $350/300 USD deposit is required at time of reservation. The deposit is to hold the unit and is non-refundable in the event you have to cancel. The deposit will be refunded after your stay providing there is no damage.
